Fixed price in writing
You get an offer with price, scope and timeline. 30% at order (work starts when it is paid), 30% when build and test is complete, 40% at handover.

I build and test with test data first.

You get access, a short guide and a video. What is made for you becomes yours once it is paid in full.

What does Onezipp do?
We connect the tools you already use and automate manual tasks, using n8n and AI where it makes sense. We also build webshops on Medusa.
What does it cost?
The smallest fixed-price job (Automation quick win) is NOK 7,500. Larger jobs get a fixed price in writing after the free assessment. See pricing.
Is bug fixing included?
Yes. Every delivery has a free bug-fix period: 14 days for a quick win and 30 days for larger projects, counted from handover. If something doesn't work as agreed, I fix it at no extra cost. New requests, and faults caused by changes in other tools you use, are not covered by the fix period.
Is my data safe?
I build and test with test data first. Accounts and access are set up in your name, and AI only writes drafts for you to approve, unless you decide otherwise. If I process personal data for you, we sign a data processing agreement. My background is in IT, networking and security, and I bring that to every job.
Can the automation be tailored to my business?
Yes. Everything is built around your tasks and the tools you already have. After the free assessment you get a fixed price in writing for exactly what you need.
What if something stops working?
You get an alert. During the fix period I fix it for free. After that you can choose maintenance from NOK 2,500/month, or pay per hour (NOK 1,000/h, min. 2 h).
How quickly can we get started?
Send 2–3 tasks and you get a written reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Each offer lists its delivery time, and you get a timeline together with the fixed price.
Who is this for?
Small businesses in Norway, the EU and the US that spend time moving data between systems by hand. Clients outside Norway are served fully remotely.
Who pays for the tools?
You pay your own licences (for example Fiken, Tripletex or n8n) directly to the vendor. I add no markup.
Who owns what is built?
You do, once it is paid. Workflows, code and documentation made specifically for you are transferred to you on full payment. Onezipp's own templates, frameworks and internal tools stay with Onezipp, and other vendors' tools (for example n8n) follow the vendor's licence. Accounts and access are set up in your name.
Can AI send emails on its own?
Not unless you want it to. By default, AI writes a draft and you approve before anything is sent.
Do you give accounting, tax or VAT advice?
No. I build the tools, but I don't give advice on accounting, tax or VAT. You or your accountant decide what is booked and reported, and I set up the automation to follow the rules you give me.
