Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website onezipp.com and all automation services provided by Onezipp Norge AS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Oslo, Norway. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Onezipp provides custom workflow automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:
- Workflow automation design and deployment using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and GoHighLevel
- AI agent engineering and integration using Claude, OpenAI, and similar large language model APIs
- Custom web and application development
- Enterprise integration consulting
- Ongoing maintenance and support packages
The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project proposals or Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon between you and Onezipp.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, all custom workflows, integrations, code, and documentation created specifically for your project are transferred to you. You own your automations — this is the "Zero Lock-in" principle. You are free to modify, extend, or migrate your automations at any time.
2.2 Onezipp Property
Onezipp retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, templates, methodologies, and internal tools used during service delivery. These are not transferred as part of any project engagement. We may reuse general patterns, anonymised architectural approaches, and non-client-specific configurations across engagements.
3. Payment Terms
Specific pricing and payment schedules will be outlined in individual project proposals. General terms include:
- All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
- The price is invoiced in three parts: 30% when the client places the order (work starts when it is paid), 30% when build and test is complete, and the remaining 40% at handover
- If an invoice is paid late, statutory late-payment interest applies (forsinkelsesrenteloven)
- Onezipp may suspend work if any invoice is more than 14 days overdue
Onezipp Norge AS is not registered in the VAT register, so no VAT is charged today. If the company becomes VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate (currently 25%) will be added to invoices issued after registration, and an invoice already issued may be replaced by a VAT invoice.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to: API keys, credentials, business processes, customer data, financial information, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of 2 years.
5. Data Protection
Onezipp processes data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Norwegian Personal Data Act, and applicable international data protection laws. Where Onezipp processes personal data on behalf of a client, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed as required. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Onezipp's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim
- Onezipp shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- Onezipp does not guarantee that third-party platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, etc.) will maintain their current API specifications or availability
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their own platform subscriptions and API access credentials
7. Warranties
Onezipp warrants that:
- Services will be provided with reasonable skill and care
- Deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specifications during the bug-fix period (the "Warranty Period"): 14 days from handover for a quick win and 30 days from handover for larger projects, unless the offer states another period
- Any defect discovered during the Warranty Period will be corrected at no additional charge
The Warranty Period does not cover new requests, or faults caused by changes in third-party tools or platforms the client uses.
Services are provided "as is" beyond the Warranty Period. No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided unless explicitly stated in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 14 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- Onezipp shall deliver all completed work product and documentation
- Access to Onezipp's internal tools and staging environments will be revoked
9. Use of Website
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent
- Interfere with the website's availability or performance
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway. For international clients, the parties may agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as outlined in the project SOW.
11. Amendments
